• Role of macrophage in allogeneic stem cell transplantation

  We aim at examining the role of marophage in allogeneic stem cell transplantation. To deplete macrophages, we want to administer chlodronate liposome.



• TSLP activates macrophages

  TSLP is a Th2 cytokine and plays a role in allergic diseases. We found TSLP can activate macrophages which express TSLP specific receptor. We want to deplete macrophages to see if this will affect asthma development.

• the effect of microglia in the organotypic spinal cord slice culture on the fate of neural stem cells
